version 2 not working

  • hi,

    when ive updated the plugin – nothing works.

    I’ve uninstalled and re-installed, checked other plugins and its def this plugin is the issue.

    really want the cohesion of the same slider for multiple functions

    please help

    Hi, did you:
    1. Re-Save your existing SA Sliders after upgrading to version 2, and
    2. If you have any cache plugins installed, make sure you empty(clear) your cache (and CDN cache if any)
    Also when reloading your pages on the front-end, reload by pressing ‘CTRL’ and ‘F5’ keys together.

    If after this you have no joy, check if there are any JavaScript errors on the front-end when loading the page – by pressing ‘CTRL’+’SHIFT’+’J’.

    And if if you are still not getting any joy, then send me the URL and I can have a quick look.
