Version 2.3.1.1 still broken?

    I have this setup. Which works with version 2.3.0.3

    1|0
    80|2
    485|3|0x0x19
    485|9|0x0x2000
    1900|9
    4800|11
    9700|12
    19500|17
    29000|24

    When I have a weight of 600 it costs still 3 instead of 9

    When I try to use it like this, still doesn’t work:
    1|0
    80|2
    485|3
    1900|9
    4800|11
    9700|12
    19500|17
    29000|24
