Version 2.2.3 fails to update

    I have attempted the 2.2.3 upgrade several times but each time it fails to update. I have the zip version of 2.2.3. Can’t I just update by installing the zip file again?

    I am sorry about the issue you are experiencing and I am happy to assist you with this.
    I’ve tested this with the clean install via the plugin page in the dashboard and by using a zip file. I’ve also updated the plugin directly in the installed plugins section.
    I’ve had no problem updating or installing the plugin.
    Can you please share what is the specific problem you are encountering and the message you are getting when you attempt to update the W3 Total Cache?
