@saucemaniashop we wanted to post here as a follow up to a few other tickets related to this same problem.
We’ve found that most of the time this is related to a caching layer on the wordpress end that just needs to be turned off while installing the plugin. To make a long story short – there seems to be some issues with site transients and people with caching enabled.
If you find yourself in this situation and have any caching layers running – please first try to disable them during the plugin setup process and this should resolve the basic problems as this.
