Hello,

We have updated the main plugin to Version 2.1.7, and the Extended plugin to the latest Version 1.24.

Level 2 is disabled, and our own IP is white listed. WooCommerce, HTML form and MC4WP are the only ones we have support for, and haven’t changed these.

We have changed the Honey Pot Field Name, and also cleared all caches on the site and CDN.

However, any order that comes though (Woocommerce) is being marked as spam so customers cannot checkout. We tried this ourselves in Chrome Incognito and we were getting blocked constantly.

We’ve had to disable the Extended Plugin for now, as these new spam checks are too strong.

We didn’t have this issue with the previous versions. Any help?

Hi,

I retested Woo with our latest version and couldn’t replicate such issue.

There was some js changes in our plugin, so i am douting may be old js files is being served ? Have any cache plugins or server cache like Varnish. Can you please clear those cache and see if that helps ?

Hello,

For cache type plugins we only use Autoptimize, WP Rocket and Cloudflare. No varnish etc.

We cleared these a few times but the issue was still there and we lost a few orders that got blocked in the meantime.

Hello,

We have enabled the Extended plugin again.

Even Woo product reviews in Incognito aren’t working with just the basic plugin installed by itself.

All updated to latest version. PHP 7.4.

We only use basic settings:-

Ah, makes sense.

Please also note this causes issues with the MC4WP plugin at the bottom of the homepage (to collect emails for Mailchimp), and other fields such as Woo product reviews etc.
