Version 2.1.6 – Direct Download Issue

    Note that now the download doesn’t even start. It goes straight through to the confirmation page.
    Only when I return to the form page, the certificate is being downloaded and presented to me.

    Do you experience the same thing?

    As I’ve stated a few times it’s a bug. We are working on it. Actually we are completely changing the process for compatibility across all platforms. The issue is browser specific and we are currently fixing that.

    This is fully resolved. We are now using a shortcode on the confirmation page to link to the file. This method completely eliminates the issue
