• Since the update to version 2.0 it does not work and does not track; it is not recommended to update the plugin or use it in those versions, as you will not be able to see the tracking of your web statistics.

    The plugin is working on 200,000+ sites, so it’s definitely due to something unique to your site. A good place to start is checking that you’ve added your Google Analytics 4 (GA4) tracking ID as Google discontinued Universal Analytics – we also removed Universal Analytics in v2.0 as it no longer works.

    If that doesn’t help, to help us better assist you, please go to WooCommerce > Settings > Integration > Google Analytics, and share a screenshot of your settings.

    Additionally, please share your site’s System Status. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Paste into https://pastebin.com and share the link here.
