Version 2.0.56 does not display member page

    I recently upgraded from 2.0.52 to 2.0.56. I also ran the “upgrade database” script (whatever it updates). Then the (single) user page stopped displaying anything but the name and the photo.

    I tried to re-create a form, I tried to reset the page (make a new page, enter the shortcut to the new form, entered the new page as “user page” in the plugin settings), no luck. I checked if it is login-specific – no luck. It displays nothing whichever role I am logged in.

    Luckily, I had 2.0.52 on my harddisk and downgraded – working again. Caution: You have to downgrade um-recaptcha to version 2.0.2 too.

    Your opinion on this behaviour? Running wordpress 5.2.2.

    Hi @clausfaber,

    Have you added any custom code to your theme’s functions.php file
    Do you use unique profile forms for different user roles?

    This issue can be also due to some conflicts with your theme or one of your plugins.
    Please do a quick conflict test so we can rule out any conflicts. Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure how to do it.

    @clausfaber Have you been able to fix this? I am having the exact same issue. I did the “conflict test” and even with all plugins except Ultimate Member deactivated and using the 2019 theme, I’m still only getting the user name/photo on the single user page.

    @christine06: no, I didnt. Downgrade worked, even without database downgrade.

    @ultimatemembersupport I will do the conflict chsnge and get back.

    2.0.56 is outdated by now. 2.1.2 had the same issue, but there is a solution:

    Somehow, the update process unchecks the setting “Activate Member Profile”.

    –> go to UM -> Settings -> Appearance -> Profile Menu and re-activate it.

    Done. Hell knows why the update process deletes this setting.
