Version 15 is missing jQuery

    Hi everyone,

    Been using your awesome plugin for years and today I sed your latest version 15xx.

    Unfortunately when I migrate buttons are not working because jQuery $ is not defined.

    So migration cannot go further step 1 …

    Using previous version is working well as usual.

    Please fix your version. Thank you very much.
