Version 1.2.7 only displayed placeholders not images

  • Hi team. My client loves this plugin but when she upgraded to version 1.2.7 all her images on her homepage using [simply_instagram endpoints=”users” type=”recent-media” size=”thumbnail” display=”12″] just disappeared.

    After trying disconnecting and reconnecting, etc, I found the only solution was to roll back to 1.2.6, which is not ideal.

    Does anybody have any fixes for 1.2.7?

    What she had was small faint lines where images once were, after the upgrade.

    Hello,

    1.2.7 is now using new shortcode attributes. Please use the shortcode generator on Shortcode tab.

    I would not recommend rollback because the older prettyPhoto had security issue.

    Hello,

    After authorizing Simply Instagram, please go to Simply Instagram->Shortcode tab. Then you can change shortcode settings based n your choice. After that, at the very bottom of Shortcode page, you can see shortcode generated in red background text. Copy that and paste in your page/post.

    Okay – I see what you mean now. I tried several variations but nothing works. I am using a footer widget. It worked fine before the update to 1.2.7
