Version 1.1.7 Problems

Greetings,

First of all, Love this plugin it is something really needed and you are doing really an awesome work.

Here are some bugs that I found. or maybe I am a noob.. ??

1. Since last update I have problems loggin in to my administration page, so I had to disable it.

2. Theme images are not loading from css files. I had to place images folder of my theme in the root of my domain.

3. since last 2 updates now I am not able to use path such as .html .htm etc.

Error code:
This webpage has a redirect loop
ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

Solution was to remove from my permalinks extensions or just adding a / in the end.
Note that this function was working perfectly before.
