Version 1.0 released

Version 1.0 of the WP PubMed reflist plugin adds

1. support for fetching from pubmed via curl – this should help users whose hosts disable allow_url_fopen. If you don’t have either allow_url_fopen or curl, you’ll see an error on the admin screen
2. highlighting authors. You can now add a list of author names to highlight with the strong html tag.
3. selection of more than one random reference from your query. You still specify a random set using a negative value for limit. If limit < 0, then an additional parameter, subset is used to determine how many references to show. The plugin takes $limit references, shuffles them, and the shows the first $subset references of the shuffled list.

I hope these changes don’t break anything else and help people with their sites.
