• Just updated the plugin and it has taken my site down with the following error:

Fatal error: Call to a member function get() on a non-object in …/wordpress/wp-includes/query.php on line 28

Please advise if there is a quick fix or provide a link to download the previous working version 1.3.0

    Thank you.

    Hi @redzephyr,

Thanks for raising the ticket… new one to me.
Could you please confirm the following for me, if you can?

    1) WordPress Version
    2) PHP Version
    3) Where are you seeing this (front end, back end, which page?)

    v1.3.0 can be downloaded here.

If you need help with getting the info please let me know.

    Latest version of WordPress: 4.9.1
    PHP: 5.5.38
This error displays on all pages, front and back, takes down the entire site.

Still having the same issue, is there something being done to fix this?

Just installed the version 1.3.0 and it too has the same error:

Fatal error: Call to a member function get() on a non-object in /var/www/mydomain.com/wordpress/wp-includes/query.php on line 28

    Please help!

Oh, which version were you on, before upgrading?

I thought it was 1.3.0 but apparently not. Could you try sending the previous version to that? 1.2.0?

Sure thing. All versions can be found here, there’s a drop down menu to select versions to download.

    Perfect, thank you very much!

No probs, I’d be very interested to find out which version fixes this.

So far I’ve tested installation of every version going back to 1.0.4 with no positive results, I know this plugin was not that outdated so I’m beginning to believe this has to do with my older version PHP. We’re working on updating that so I will let you know if this fixes the issue.

    Thanks for your help.

I think 5.5 should be ok, I have tested back to 5.2 previously.

Does your site work fine when the plugin is deactivated?

    Thread Starter Landon Cahow

    (@redzephyr)

The site does work fine with the plugin disabled.
