Version 1.3 Upgrade

Version 1.3 is a major upgrade. It adds a number of new features and cleans out a lot of redundant. I have tested it but the odd but my have slipped through (for which I apologise in advance). If you discover something awry, check your settings and re-save. If that doesn’t fix it let me know.
