After updating to the latest version all blocks are now visible.
If I revert to the previous version it works fine.
It’s a great plugin, so I’d appreciate it if you could fix it.

    @okamoju ?? that’s weird.

Not sure what the fix would be. I’ll have to see if other report the same issue.

Can you let me know any steps you are using to not seeing this working?
E.g add new post > add block. Etc

I can reproduce this issue on WP 5.8.x, 5.9+ is OK.

I don’t have anything in the php or apache error logs.

@kcristiano can you provide reproduction steps please as requested above.

    Sure:

    WP 5.8.6

Have 1.22 installed with some blocks disabled (in my case many)

    Upgrade Block Manager to 1.2.3

    All Blocks are visible.

Clear caches: wp cache flush, server cache flush, restart apache, php, mysql

All blocks visible when you go to page add new. Choose blocks via keybord or any ‘plus’ symbol – same result.

    Revert to 1.22:

    Blocks show as expected

I have a small number of sites on 5.8 branch for some odd reasons.

Above is not an issue on WP 5.9

    Awesome thanks.
I made a modification on which admin pages the script to remove blocks is loaded on. I suspect that is a the issue.

I’ll fire up a 5.8 version next week and fix the issue.

    Hi @dcooney !

I’m using WP 6.1.1 and Block Manager 1.2.3. All disabled blocks are visible in the editor.

    Best regards

@matthiaspabst Can you provide exact reproduction steps please.

@dcooney Seems like the error only appears in existing posts. In new posts I can’t reproduce this.

    To reproduce:
Install Block Manager 1.2.3 on WordPress 6.1.1 (with standard theme). Deactivate some blocks, then open an existing post. Check the inserter for the deactivated blocks – the should be visible.

    Oh, I see the issue.
When editing a post, the action of the get_current_screen() is empty, not edit and therefore the scripts were not enqueued. Pushing hotfix today.

    Please try the 1.2.4 release.

@dcooney Fixed in 1.2.4 release. Thanks!

Keep up the good work! This plugin is really useful.
