    Hello,
We have become aware of issues people are having with the latest release. With multiple versions of WordPress (4,5) and plugins such as Yoast conflicting with ours, some people encounter issues whenever we make changes. Thank you for reporting the issues you are having and for your patience while we resolve.

You can download the previous release here.

  • @seanhelmes i have cleared the server cache nothing at all
please what did you do after updating oneSignal Plugin

@snnake2005 All I did was update the onesignal plugin and I cleared my browser and server caches just to be safe. What theme are you using? Do you have any other plugins installed that output a metabox on the post or page edit screens? The OneSignal plugin could potentially be conflicting with something other than the Yoast plugin that could cause the issue you are experiencing.

@snnake2005 try doing a hard-refresh! this should do the trick as it will refresh with the cache cleared so it will be forced to reload the JS

@onesignal i tested this on more than 3 websites which only has the onesignal, yoast and classic editor plugins installed and still having this issue, cleared all cache as well, still yet the yoast meta box is still blank.

    Hi @onesignal

Right then, one fatal error at the top of the admin panel to start with, but it disappeared on a refresh. (The fatal error might well have been from the WP Rollback old version).

After that, no error messages as such, but then again no Yoast settings either.

    Using:

    Classic Editor

    Yoast

WP Rocket (cache cleared) along with Cloudflare (cache cleared)

    Refreshed the browser

Hard refresh on the browser by using F5

No change from 1.15.15 or whatever it was – still no yoast settings are visible.

Might seem daft here, but how do you overwrite the plugin with the last working version without using WP Rollback, and will I need to fill in my account details again?

    @maxwell44 @steveraven ,
Sorry y’all are still encountering issues. If you look at the original post of this thread (by rgomezp), there is a link to version 1.16.14. Simply do a manual installation of the plugin and it should go back to how it was. You do not need to reconfigure any settings as these are stored independently on your server’s DB.

i can confirm its something related to browser cashing
i have used Firefox a fresh installed version and it was working great
so delete the chrome or the web browser you are using for WordPress admin will solve the issue
    Best regards

Right, so that’s deactivate and uninstall OneSignal, then install version 1.16.14 yes?

    Error showing
“OneSignal Push: there was a null error sending your notification”

Well bugger me – just tried resetting my browser history and all of that shebang, and version 1.16.16 fired up straight away!

    Thanks for the solution, @snnake2005

@shankamley that looks like a different error. Could you please contact [email protected] or message us through our support channel on our website? Thank you

    You are Welcome @steveraven

I am having the same issue, but I have noticed that if I use incognito browse mode everything seems to work without errors.

@ajaxouch you need to celar your browser cache and everything so that it can work again

Have two sites. Last version of OneSignal.
In one site all is good.
    On second site have problem:
“OneSignal Push: there were no recipients. You either 1) have no subscribers yet or 2) you hit the rate-limit. Please try again in an hour”
Second site have Yoast SEO Local, News, Video and WP Rocket.
