Version 0.8 cause an unexpected result

I just installed version 0.8 from 0.7 and it caused my rotator to have a drop shadow and made the images smaller than they are supposed to be. Nothing else changed. Simply upgraded to the new version. I really need to get this fixed as it is a national brand website.
