Version 0.46 and a message to the plugin users

Thanks a lot for all your efforts with which you enrich the work of so many users. clicking on your profile name i came to your site on which i found a donation button. unfortunately i cannot find a way to switch the language from spanish to english, and i really dont know any spanish. if paypal doesnt offer this possibility, could you add another button for english donators? i hope also donations help you to spend more time with the things you like most (i dont know what your regular work is and i hope it is a fulfilling one as well, but i am at least sure this plugin is a project where your full heart is into). just a short observation.

Hi! I really love the plugin, but the recent update 0.46 really messed up the formatting. Is there a way to backtrack until the issues are fixed? I am not techy enough to understand what happened, but it just looks completely weird, now. Thank you!

After reading your post i now also updated on a test site, and all lists look the same, even the ones i really tweaked and bended a lot with CSS and many parameters. Can you send a link to have a look on the weird formattings? So far i cannot confirm any mess.

I just released version 0.46.1 which fixes a bug in the title tag display. soulofmiami: was this the issue?

I also added a filter for the excerpt on version 0.46 which might change the way it used to display in certain cases, but haven’t found any bugs yet using it myself. Please let me know if it’s still messing the formating, which parts, and add the shortcode you’re using and a link if possible for more information. Thanks!

Sofian777 my full-time job is being a programmer, which is awesome. I just don’t use PHP or WordPress at work (in general, except for some freelance stuff every now and then). Thanks for supporting the plugin, you can find a “Donate to this plugin” link on the plugin’s page, thank you! ??

@Picandocodigo the .4.6.1 looks like it fixed a lot of it. The formatting is back on the titles.

I think it was also conflicting with the sharing provided by Jetpack. But, I think I fixed that by reducing the size of the excerpt.

Ah yes here is an english donate button, thats fine.

One question, is this already integrated and should work, because it doesn’t seem so:
“I’ll add a condition for when there are no tags to not show any posts. Thanks!”

And please just a short note if you consider to integrate this, it is not urgent, but if you see no sense and will not integrate at all, i can look for other solutions:

Could you tell me, in best case in the other thread (sorry for bringing this into here) or by mail, how i can for the moment “hack” it by myself? I guess it is just one if line, so maybe i can help myself out for the moment.

@picandocodigo I don’t think the Jetpack sharing problem is fixed, but what I did was shortened the excerpt length so it would not include the sharing buttons in each excerpt. I think that’s what worked. I don’t really have enough technical knowledge to know for sure, though, but everything looks fine, now.
