Versatile theme, fully responsive, many code snippets, and terrific support

I’ve been running this theme for a while. I tried others and they seemed to offer very little unless you were a coder or purchased the pro version. Customizr is different.

First, Customizr is extremely versatile. There are many action hooks that allow you to make the theme pretty much whatever you want.

Second, as advertised, Customizr is fully responsive. With Google incorporating a site’s mobile-friendly rating into its algorithm, Customizr solves this! I tested my site using Google’s own mobile-friendly test and it passed with flying colors. Besides, the site looks great on devices of any size!

Third, there are many, many code snippets that you can find and use. What is a code snippet? It’s a small portion of code that you can copy and paste into your child theme’s functions.php and CSS files that give you features you desire. These let you customize Customizr with ease.

There is another benefit to the code snippets: you don’t have to be a coder. In addition, you’ll probably learn a little bit of code along the way, which is always a good thing.

Finally, the support forum is great! Much credit goes to d4z_c0nf for helping me in multiple areas. He and others have helped me at my knowledge level. They don’t make me feel like I have to become an expert in code before I get help — they help me and, in many ways, try to teach me. I love that!

I love this theme, in large part, for these four reasons. If you’re looking for a professional level theme for your site without having to be a professional web coder, then Customizr is for you.
