Versatile plugin, hit or miss support

This plugin is very customizable across a range of situations. The plugin creator continually updates and improves the plugin, which is a plus. However, the support is hit or miss. I understand that the author has a life, but I have been trying to get the developer license key, which I paid for, for WEEKS now, and my emails go unanswered. I have since moved on to a different plugin with better support. Too bad, because this one has a lot of potential.
