This might sound silly… Are you editing the widgets for the correct sidebar? I’ve had already a few users who were accidentally setting up rules on wrong widgets.

    Hi

Yes, I am using the static-link in the widget that I would like to show on certain pages but not on others ?? I have used DW on several other sites without any problems. Btw. thanks for a great plugin!

Please notice, that I am using the Gantry-framework for the Vermilion-theme. Could that be the problem ? I have never used Gantry-framework in WP before.

I have tried both gantry-widgets and wp-text-widgets. No luck at all.

That might be the problem yes. I think someone said to me here in the Forums also that Gantry is not compatible with DW.

Ok, so no suggestions for a hack or a workaround?

Other widget-controlling plugins do work, but they lack some of the fine features I love in DW ??

Which one does work? I can have a look and see which method it’s been using. Maybe I can add it to DW.

That was what I was hoping for ??

    For instance “Widgets Context” works.
And so does “Widget Controller 1.1”.

Hope you can find a solution for this problem as I really need DW on the site in question.

OK, thanks. I’ll put it on the wishlist for research
