Verify the existence of rewrite rules in htaccess

    Hello
    My Web host doesn’t allow rewrite rules in the htaccess file and WordPress works fine without adding them.
    Would it be possible before writing to the htaccess file that your plugin checks if the htaccess already wrote, which will avoid problems with hosters such as mine (free.fr)

    Thanks for your report and sorry for my late reply!

    That’s a really good point. In fact, the plugin doesn’t really need to write to the .htaccess file. I will fix this in the next version (likely 1.4.0).
