Verify already registered users not working?

  • Hi,

    So, I enabled this option, it is the primary reason for installing this plugin.

    Enable email verification for already registered users
    Enable email verification for already registered users Verify email for current users
    **If enabled, all your current users will have to verify their emails when logging to your site.

    If understood correctly, by enabling this option every time a customer or user

    • (who is already registered)

      • logs in, they will be sent an email with link to validate its the actual user/customer that is logging in, Before it allows respective customer to access account

      How ever, this is not happening and can just log in like normal.

    Hi Cryptot,

    Under the General Settings of the plugin can you please Enable the Block unverified login option.

    Also in the Messages tab please make sure the correct messages are set for users to be able to verify their email.
