    I am getting this message

    <strong style=”margin: 0px; padding: 0px; color: rgb(60, 67, 74); font-size: 13px; white-space-collapse: collapse;”>VERIFICATION REQUIRED<span style=”color: rgb(60, 67, 74); font-size: 13px; white-space-collapse: collapse;”>: Additional verification is required for login. If there is a valid account for the provided login credentials, please check the email address associated with it for a verification link to continue logging in.</span>

If i get an email I click on it and get a message that says the verification is succesful but when I try to login I get the same message as above

If I disable Wordfence I get this message

ERROR: You are trying to login with an administrative account. Please, use the Custom Login URL instead.

I don’t even know what this means

Can you help me with this?

    Hi @andrewleonard,

Are you using the plugin Security Optimizer – The All-In-One Protection Plugin or a similar plugin to set a custom login URL? Our 2FA and reCAPTCHA features are only supported for the default WordPress/WooCommerce login and registration pages and may not work on custom versions of these pages created manually or by other plugins/themes. We generally recommend against hiding your login URL as it just slows down an attacker rather than stops them entirely.

We don’t receive inside information from Google about why a human may sometimes receive a low enough score to always require verification.? You can enable Run reCAPTCHA in test mode in Wordfence > Login Security > Settings, which allows reCAPTCHA scoring to continue without requiring verification to log in.? You can then log in and view the reCAPTCHA scores statistics in Wordfence > Login Security > Settings > reCAPTCHA human/bot threshold score.? Leaving this mode enabled for a short time will allow you to see what sort of scores you get.

Let us know how it goes!

    Thanks,
    Margaret
