Verification Email with Mailerlite

Hi, the mailoptin plugin after success message does not complete the subscription when integrated with mailerlite. Subscribers have to click a link in their sign-up email to complete subscription. My mailoptin dashboard shows 5 subscribers but mailerlite shows only 2 which means 3 have not clicked the link? as there’s no direction to click the link?

How can I resolve this, please? Any advice will be most helpful.
