• When a user registers no email verification is sent. A separate email is sent confirming account was created.

When clicking on the link in the account creating email the customer is directed to login. When logging in the customer is directed to click the verify email link.

The verify email link does not send an email.

When the admin goes to the wordpress user settings and clicks the link to send email verification no email was sent.

The only thing that works is manually selecting verify from the WordPress User settings.

    Please help resolve this issue.

I tested this with a new account using my personal email and experienced the same issue. I checked my spam and all mail but there was nothing.

    Hi,

I can’t access your site right now.

Can you please try to change the “Email > Send as a separate email” option?
Also, can you please share your settings, maybe with some screenshots?

I had to deactivate this plugin until this issue gets fixed.

    I understand,

But I think it would be necessary to enable the plugin again in order to fix the problem, or at least to understand what is causing it.

    So please, try this:
    – Change the “Email > Mail function” option.
    – Change the “Email > Activation email >
    Send as a separate email
    ” option.
    – Change the “Email > Activation email >
    Email sending trigger
    ” option.

Note: I can access your site now. I just had to use a vpn.
