• I have my business page hosted on Blue Post, built out by Word Press.

    Recently I had my password reset and noticed the email associated with the word press account is that of a previous owner of my business. I have tried multiple times to change the email and get the “There is a pending change of your email to [email protected].” (email redacted) and yet receive no confirmation email.

    I tried to do this yesterday so I’ve definitely given it some time. Today I went on these forums and found that this problem is quite common and tried all the fixes listed… searching my safe senders list on outlook, adding wordpress.com to my safe senders list, searching through my junk mail. The email is just not there or not being sent correctly. I also tried adding a different plug-in but it seems like more trouble than it’s worth (adding a 3rd party to a Word Press and me issue).

    Any other solutions? Can someone force the confirmation/change? Thanks!
