Verification Email Error

When a new user signs up we do not want to require verification. So they can sign in right after they register. The problem is a verification email still goes out and if they try to buy something before they are “verified” i get an error when they try to add stuff into the “Easy Digital Downloads cart” the site is https://allegra.goidp2.com/ thanks for any help
