    Hello there,

I’m a Premium Plus member, and using premium version of your plugin. I have been testing the login verification and OTP over past 2-days and have issues.

    1) The verification link provided to my client email that their account is verified does not work. When they click on the verify link, it takes them to the login page. Upon entering
    – Also, I noted “VERIFICATION” is spelled incorrectly: {{EMAIL_VERFICATION_LINK}}
    – Is this perhaps the issue? VERIFICATION is spelled correctly on the code shortcode, but not in the link shortcode as listed above.

    2) Verification Code. In the message, there is stated if link is not working, user can also paste the verification code. But where should users add this verification code? I don’t see anywhere on the login page where it pops up?

    3) OTP is not working – Whenever my users generate an OTP and paste it into the login form field after login, it keeps saying OTP is not working? But they did type the correct OTP code?

    4) Font Hover Color in forms is non existent. When we create a form, there is only one font color option. There is a background hover color, and regular front color for button, but only one font color. Where is the “font hover color”?

    5) Facebook / Social Login: I’ve added social login today to the login form and noted that even though a user has not registered for an account, they are somehow able to bypass the register process by clicking on Facebook login. This is faulty since the form should pickup that a social login user is not yet registered. How do I ensure that new users register first before being able to use social login?

    6) Where is the “Forgot Password” or “Lost Your Password” shortcode for Registration Magic? I don’t want my users to be re-directed to WordPress to reset their passwords. I want them to be able to change their passwords on the frontend. How do I configure this?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

Please check our comments for your requirements below:

    1. Yes, this is how it works. Once redirection to login page takes place, the user has to login using the credentials. We are aware of the issue reported with misspelled verification and will fix this in one of the upcoming version updates.

    2. The textbox to enter verification code only show if the link is not working.

    3. Could you please confirm what option have you configured in OTP generation for login?

    4. When the cursor is hovered over the Submit button then the hover color will display.

    5. If user account does not exist in the site and user attempts to Login using RegistrationMagic Social Integration then first user account is created and then site access is provided to the user. This is RegistrationMagic’s default workflow.

    6. As of now, the forgot password page redirects to default WordPress forgot password page. We are currently working on including a fix for this. This is still under testing phase and shall be released in one of the upcoming versions soon. Meanwhile, you can achieve this using RegistrationMagic and ProfileGrid integration.

    Hello,

I encounter the same problem. I Don’t see where the problem is “resolved” ?..

Support wrote : “Once redirection to login page takes place, the user has to login using the credentials” (which is not very clear on this form which also gives it the popsibility to “register”)

OK, but when the tries to login with his mailed credentials, he encounters the message :
“Your account is not yet activated” !…

    ??? hard to follow you

    Hi,

It seems like a configuration problem at your end. Users are not getting activated after registration. Please make sure to configure the user auto activation from form dashboard-> global overrides.

Regarding the redirection after registration, you may write a particular message about login instructions on the login page (just before pasting our login shortcode).
