Ver 4.0 New Zealand orders have no shipping options

    When New Zealand is selected as the shipping country. No shipping options are offered unless you fill in the “regions” field, which is a non compulsory field. A fair few customers will miss this nuance as regions are not really used for NZ postal addresses.
