Ver: 3.4.15 Update “Cleanup Orphan Records” unable to use dashboard

What is this Cleanup Orphan Records? It just keep getting stuck at 36% and we are not able to proceed or create anything!

Support request has been submitted. Please look into this urgently!

I have tired disable the plugin and reinstall the plugin and waited more than 2 hours still stuck at 36% on Cleanup Orphan Records!

Can some support please advise how to remove it. Because of this update, the dashboard is locked and we cant do anything!

this is really bad, because of internal plugin updates unable to proceed, it lock out all back-end function of the form.

i can confirmed that there are dashboard issues with version 3.4.14 and 3.4.15

I re-roll back to version 3.4.13 and it is working fine.

3.4.15 version stuck

Same issue here… been stuck at about 90% for past 4 hours or so. Unable to edit my forms.

I can see I am not the only one having this problem. Is there a solution yet? I have 2 sites, separate servers having the same problem.

We are terribly sorry about the troubles that the 3.4.15 version of Ninja Forms has caused for you. We are merging a fix and should be releasing a new version of the plugin in just a little bit.
