Ver: 3.4.14 update – Admin Dashboard Error

    In the WP Dashboard after the Ninja Forms Update, I can see everything except the Ninjna Forms Dashboard and my created Forms! “Submissions, Settings & Get Help” work though.

    In the browser console I see the following error: (domain name has been changed below)

    Source map error: request failed with status 404
Resource URL: https://www.mydomainname.co.uk/wp-content/plugins/ninja-forms/assets/js/lib/backbone.marionette3.min.js?ver=5.2.1
Source Map URL: backbone.marionette.min.js.map

    The file appears to be there and in the correct folder (I can see it via FTP).

  • I get a blank screen on dashboard as well.

    Console displays:
    Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'replace' of undefined from underscores JS.

    My url has a weird parameter when clicking the dashboard as well:

    https://website.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=ninja-forms#requiredUpdates

    I too am seeing a blank dashboard after updating, but the error I see in console is a bit more detailed:

    also it appears to be loading a specific hashed location ?page=ninja-forms#requiredUpdates

    all the other tabs work, but I did also notice that when you are under Submissions, and choose a form to search for submissions on, the menu option “Dashboard” changes to “Form Builder”

    Same. Blank screen on the Dashboard and the url is appended with

    ?page=ninja-forms#requiredUpdates

    We’re experience the exact same issue since updating: blank dashboard with the same js error and url ending with #requiredUpdates.

    The new update “3.4.15” has fixed my issues.

    Thanks to the Ninja team for such a rapid response!

    For everyone that has not updated yet. Version 3.4.15 fixes the issue that you were having. I am sorry for the issue it caused.

    3.4.15 is causing the issue of “Cleanup Orphan Records” stuck. Unable to use the dashboard!
