Venue field based on CPT instead of text

  • At this moment the venue name and place can be filled manually for every event.

    Wouldn’t your plugin be even more versatile when you base the venue field on a venue CPT instead? so the venue can be chosen from a drop-down?
    It would also give the possibility to describe the venue in more detail on a separate page(post). (address, pics, links etc. etc.)

    Yes it would!

    I can imagine adding this as a separate add-on, because not all users would need this.

    This add-on (plus the ability to duplicate events) would make Theatre for WP the perfect plugin for my needs. I hope it will make your list for future development.

    In the meantime, can you tell me a way to show an events list with the “location” field linked to the venue address? Here’s my events list page: https://ctcdev.makingartwork.com/production/henry-v/ As you can see, events occur in different venues, so I’m looking for a way to link each to a venue address (in new tab).
