Venue attributed to wrong team

    Venues cannot be linked to a team, only to a match.

    Then how does it calculate which venue to attribute to which team on the team’s page?

    On a team’s page all venues from all matches for the team are shown.

    The plugin was initially built for tournaments like the fifa world cup where teams don’t have a fixed stadium. For national leagues this is less useful, because teams play in every stadium. There you may want to just hide this info.
