VentraIP Hosting : Sorry we cannot complete this action. Retry again.

  • I am not able to migrate website from Other Hosting to VentraIP Hosting.

    I got this error “Sorry we cannot complete this action. Retry again.” – error message is not helpful at all.

    I have confirmed the following:
    – Cpanel credentials are working
    – IP Address is correct
    – Destination domain is present and working.

    The question is what is really happening because of if I do the opposite, like migrate from VentraIP to Other Hosting the plugin works perfectly. I am thinking that VentraIP is preventing the migration or expected hosting scripts needs to be present in VentraIP to make the Migrate Guru plugin work.
