Venmo Not Showing in Chrome and Firefox

    Hello:

    Paypal, Venmo, and Debit or Credit Card work on desktop for Chrome, Safari, and Firefox.

    But, on mobile, Paypal, Venmo, and Debit or Credit Card only work in Safari. Chrome and Firefox only show Paypal and Debit or Credit Card.

    I have cleared every cache like 10x and had colleagues and friends test on their devices (iOS and Android) and they get the same results.

    What do we need to do so Venmo works on Chrome and Firefox? Especially Chrome as it is the top traffic browser.

    Hi @polishedskills

    The Google Drive link you provided is restricted and requires access. What is in that file?

    I attempted to register on your site but the verification email was never received.

    The plugin doesn’t have code that’s browser specific, the same scripts are loaded regardless. PayPal dynamically determines if Venmo can be rendered based on internal conditions they check so there’s likely something hitting a conditional check that’s causing the button not to render.
