Venmo

Hi @wavewatcher, good question. We do not have a direct integration with Venmo, but it should be possible with WooCommerce. Out of the box, Event Tickets Plus will allow you to integrate with WooCommerce to sell tickets. So you can use whichever payment processor you use for other sales through WooCommerce. https://theeventscalendar.com/products/wordpress-event-tickets/

Tickets will essentially be modified WooCommerce products — they can be added to your cart and purchased alongside other WooCommerce products you sell. The checkout process is the same for tickets as your other products.

One thing to note here, is we are not directly associated with WooCommerce or the developer of their Extensions.

Hi Abz –

thanks for the quick reply. I took a screenshot of the page where Venmo is referenced, but can’t see how to attach that here. It is on the Payments page of Tickets Settings, in the Ticket Commerce section. Under Paypal, it says ”
Enable payments through PayPal, Venmo, and credit card”.

Hi @wavewatcher, I heard back from one of our devs saying that we support Venmo with Tickets Commerce. However, there are a couple of steps you’d need to implement on your end. See the article here → https://developer.paypal.com/docs/checkout/pay-with-venmo/#link-eligibility.
