Vendors receive multiple emails based on item quantity

    Could you please assist. I’m using Dokan Lite 3.0.15

    When a customer selects multiple quantities of the same item then the vendor receives an email for each. i.e. If quantity of the same item is adjusted to 3, the vendor receives 3 emails for a new order.
    It’s seems similar to the issue of multiple emails with sub-orders but I have checked the VendorNewOrder.php file and it is up to date and includes the sub-order fix.

    That’s interesting.

    So, in your case, if you select 3 quantities of the same item the vendor gets 3 emails?

    I just tested and I only got one email on the vendor account with 3 quantities of the item – https://prnt.sc/vr1ygn

    Please make sure you do not have a custom code regarding vendor emails and try after deactivating all plugins except Dokan & WooCommerce. Try with a different theme as well in case you have template override on your theme regarding the Dokan vendor email.
