    Hi everyone,

I’m facing an issue with Dokan, and I hope someone can help.

When a customer purchases multiple products from different vendors, the vendors do not receive order confirmation emails. However, if a customer buys a single product from just one vendor, the emails are sent correctly.

    Steps I’ve taken so far:

    • Disabled all plugins except WooCommerce and Dokan, but the issue persists.
    • All plugins are updated.

Interestingly, emails for multi-vendor orders don’t show in the SMTP log, while single-vendor order emails do. This seems to be a Dokan-related issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Thank you!

    Hello @bbwp90,

In this scenario, please install the Email Log plugin to determine if emails are triggering as expected. Here’s how you can interpret the results:

Green Sign: This indicates that emails are being triggered from WordPress, but there might be an issue with the Email Server not transmitting the emails properly.
Red Sign: This indicates that WordPress is not triggering emails, possibly due to an issue with the email server configuration.

In either scenario, it is essential to contact your hosting service to resolve the issue. If emails are not logging on the Email Log screen, we will need to investigate further.

    Thanks!

I am already using an email logging plugin (WP Mail Logging), but the emails do not appear in the logs when the order contains multiple vendors.

I found an old post from the WebDevs forum, and it describes a similar issue to what I am facing:

When I view the order in WooCommerce, the ones with multiple vendors are displayed as follows:

    Hi @bbwp90

The issue you mentioned does not exist in the default Dokan plugin. If you haven’t made any changes to the WooCommerce or Dokan email template settings, multiple vendors should receive email notifications when a customer places an order from multiple vendors in the same cart.

Additionally, the topic URL you shared dates back to 2014, and the issue discussed there has since been resolved. It no longer exists in Dokan. Kindly check your email settings by navigating to WP Dashboard -> WooCommerce -> Settings -> Email. Also, please follow the instructions shared by @fayeakuzzaman

    Thanks!

@fayeakuzzaman: Could you please clarify which specific Email Log plugin you are referring to? I currently have WP Mail Logging installed, but I want to ensure I’m using the correct one to troubleshoot the email issue effectively.

@tanvirh: I have already checked the email settings in WooCommerce, and all notifications are enabled. Is there anything else I should verify or check to ensure emails are being sent correctly, particularly for orders with multiple vendors?

    Thanks!

    Dear @bbwp90,
According to your requirements, I have tried to reproduce this issue on my local site. Unfortunately, I am unable to reproduce this issue on my local site. It looks like you are facing a site-specific issue.

To get the best assistance, please contact the Dokan Support.

    Best regards,

    Dear GausulAzam (@gausulazam ),

Thank you for your response. I also appreciate the advice from @fayeakuzzaman and @tanvirh . However, I feel a bit dismissed. I can’t reach out to Dokan support directly because this forum serves as the support platform for Dokan Lite.

I’m interested in purchasing the Pro version, but when I encounter issues and feel like I’m not getting the help I need—or worse, feel like I’m being pushed aside—it naturally makes me reconsider whether to upgrade. I just need support at this point.

I plan to launch my business with the Pro version in a few months, but for now, I need this issue resolved. If it turns out to be related to the SMTP provider, it would be great to receive relevant guidance.
