    Hello, we are seeing the same exact issue arise as before when the [email protected] is not functioning as a placeholder properly. If there are multiple vendors present on one order, then none of the vendors receive notification emails whatsoever- and an email unsuccessfully gets sent to [email protected] as an actual email address- of course, it bounces. Please advise, thank you.

    We are using 3.0.3 for Dokan Lite and 3.0.2 for Dokan Pro. I can confirm the issue is still occurring as before.

    After your report I performed the test and ordered from two different vendors. I got all the emails (new order emails). So the functionality is working properly.

    One thing to be noted, for new order email you do not need to use the [email protected] in the recipient field because Dokan automatically put the extra recipient email (vendor email) from code.

    Please give us a screenshot of the WooCommerce email settings page and please install any email logging plugin and check the logs after order. If you see the emails are triggered but not sent you need to contact your hosting provider to take a look at your email server settings.

    Sorry, but I believe you are incorrect; please see line 48 of /includes/Emails/VendorNewOrder.php in Dokan Lite:
    $this->recipient = '[email protected]';

    It has been almost 2 weeks and no response at all- we have the Business level package that we paid a large amount of money for. It states on your website that all the paid Dokan packages include support. This is one of many issues we are having and I will keep this one on topic and address the others in the other thread. We gave you access to our server with Admin credentials. Not a thing has been solved. The responses to our tickets are just canned replies or repeating the same excuses over and over. In the free version of Dokan facing the public on www.remarpro.com, you occasionally respond, but it is always blaming Covid-19 for taking money and not providing the promised included support- and even trying to demand more money for support with no guarantee. I have 4 clients with many paid licenses for WeDevs products and now that quite a large sum of money has already been invested and much time wasted on waiting, I cannot in good conscience recommend your products any longer unless we start getting replies from you very soon.

    8 days to get an answer. It is totally unacceptable when you paid 500 dollars for a simple plugin.

    You say that you are better than others “Turn your website into Etsy or Amazon”. There are bugs that block the site or features. The shop is our business and we need reactive people.

    COVID-19 is a bogus excuse. You’re not a carpenter; you work on computers. At home. You have plenty of time to answer questions.
    Especially the questions from THOSE WHO PAY. Those who have the free version get answers faster. DO YOU FIND IT NORMAL?

    The problem is no longer in the Dokan Lite. All vendors will get an email notification after the order is placed. You can contact us through our support channel and we can investigate the issue further.

    we have the exact same problem. We have Dokan-lite in version 3.0.7 and Dokan pro in version 3.0.6

    With a look to the mail log, the vendor order mail are not triggert.

    What can we do to solve this fast?

    Sorry to hear that you are facing this issue.

    Can you please try after deactivating all plugins except Dokan Lite and WooCommerce? Is all other email notification for WooCommerce works?

    As you have Dokan Pro you can directly contact us to our support channel with your site details. Our support engineer will fix the issue for you.

    All other emails works without any issue. And I can’t deactivate all other plugins because its the site is live.

    Is there something other than I can check?

    Hmm I didn’t get any ticket number. But Shohan Hossain is the support engineer. Email subject is: “Dokan – Vendor new oder mail not send”. Maybe you can find our case with this infos.

    But btw. We also have a problem with the earnings from a vendor. If a order is completed a vendor gets not his earnings. So there is no way to withdraw his amount because it shows 0.

    Did you maybe have a idea why this happend?

    I got the information that Shohan Hossain from our support team has replied to you already but did not get any response regarding the site details. Please provide the site details to him so that he can help you.

    About the earning problem, check your settings in Dokan > Settings > Withdraw. If you have set a threshold value then the order amount will take the threshold days to add to the balance.

    If you have 0 as balance and still having issue, give me a screenshot here or include the problem in your next reply to Shohan. He will take care of it as well.

    About the earning: I was set to 0. So i set no NULL. Now it works… ??
