We tried to uncheck the box on the user profile in the wp-admin and switching their toggle button off in the Dokan vendor menu. Now, vendors’ products remain in the store for sale, despite being disabled and we have cleared the cache, the only thing different is that the shipping options do not appear during checkout. The products for the disabled store still show up in the search so customers think they are for sale. Causing a great deal of confusion for customers, vendors, and admins.

  • Hi @bonzzz,

When a store selling capability is disabled, the products of that vendor go to Pending Review mode.

Behind the scene, the work has been done through the CRON JOBS.

If vendor’s products don’t go to Pending Review after disabling the capability, there might have a problem with CRON JOBS on your site.

You can check whether CRON JOBS on your site from the Tools > Site Health screen. There could have been a message as “Scheduled event has failed”.

If you find a similar message as mentioned, then it means CRON JOBS not working on your site.

In that case, you need to contact your hosting provider to enable it on your site.

    Thank you!
