Vendors have issues with editing products

One of my Vendors is having an issue with editing a product on the variations screen. She selects what she needs and enter the info, then presses submit but it doesn’t save the info she just entered.
I have been into this listing previously and changed a variation, I think this may have caused the error.
Is there any fix at all?
