I am working on WooCommerce for https://www.20dollartreasures.com. Someone else started the site and now I’m trying to continue the process. I am a total newbie when it comes to WooCommerce.

Please see what my client has written:

“There are 2 dashboards that can be used at the same time, Word press has one and the website has one. If you are on the website and click “vendor dashboard” you get the one I like the best, that’s the one I call the “website Dashboard”. While on that dashboard as a vendor you can click “Post an Ad” and go to the word press dashboard.which is very confusing.

I would like for my vendors to be able to only use the dashboard from the website.”

    Can you help with this?

  • Hello,
I believe your client is referring to this:
When you are using WC Vendors (Free version), the vendors need to go to the back-end wp admin/WooCommerce for ADD PRODUCT and some of their settings.

If your client would like a configuration in which the vendors are always on the front-end, and do not need to go to the admin screens to add products (as well as have many more features!) , please encourage your client to consider purchasing WC Vendors Pro: https://www.wcvendors.com/product/wc-vendors-pro/

In addition, if you have any further questions, please do visit our support forums on WC Vendors: https://www.wcvendors.com/help/ and we will be glad to assist you.
