    This sort of problem happen usually when you are using an old version of Dokan or have not updated the data related to Dokan.

    Please make sure to use the latest version of Dokan. After you update the Dokan plugin to its latest version, you are supposed to get an option to update Dokan data. If you do not get that then follow the support topic that you referred to and update the data manually.

    As i mentioned, i have updated the plugin to the latest version 3.6.1. And i also update the data.
    But the error is still here please help

    It looks like there might have a conflict on your site. So, this will need to check if that is coming from any theme or plugin. Please make sure that you’ve already done the conflict test. If you haven’t yet, please follow the below procedures for testing purposes.

    • Please deactivate all plugins except the Dokan and WooCommerce.

    If the above method doesn’t resolve your problem, go for the next.

    • Switched to any default theme like Twenty Twenty or Storefront.
    • Clear your site cache as well as the browser cache and try the process again.

    I’m try everything you have mentioned but I’m still having the same problem. Since its on live website It’s becoming complicated for me to manage withdrawals. So apparently ur urgent help

    Please share your system status by navigating to your WordPress admin panel’s Tools > Site Health > Info section and clicking on Copy site info to clipboard.
