Vendors can’t get to dashboard

    Plugin not working for me so far. Vendor dashboard page has suggested shortcode [wcv_vendor_dashboard], I tested by applying to to be a vendor using another email address, I approved vendor in the admin and it’s showing as Active, I even assigned it a test product. But when logged in as that user, the dashboard page keeps saying “It looks like you’re trying to access the Vendor Dashboard. This feature is available exclusively to registered vendors.” I tried enabling wp-admin access to see what the user would have access to in the admin, but they can only view “Media” and “Profile”.

    Thanks for contacting us.

    I’m sorry about that, it shouldn’t have happened.

    May I know if this issue still happens after updating the plugin to version 2.5.3?

    If so, can you please try clearing the cache on your website and browser? I would also suggest doing basic debugging, by disabling your other plugins except for WooCommerce and our WC Vendors Marketplace plugin and switching your theme to WordPress’ standard Twenty Twenty-Four theme.

    If the issue goes away, please re-enable the theme and check again (this will eliminate the theme). If it’s the issue is still not there, start re-enabling plugins one by one, checking in between each one, to see if the issue reappears. This should lead you to the culprit plugin.

    If the issue still persists even after basic debugging, please let me know so I can assist you further!

    Is it because of the free version? I am also unable to display the supplier list and supplier store page on the front end under the free version!
