    Hi,

    I’m using the free version and one of my vendors requested a withdrawal, I accepted but he hasn’t received the money yet.

    Please help.

  • Hello @tonyexe,

    Before accepting the withdraw request, admin has to send the money to the vendor’s account manually. Because Dokan is unable to transfer the money automatically with non adaptive payment gateways like bank transfer or PayPal standard.

    So, please make sure you have sent the money manually in vendor’s account. Then vendor will be able to see his balance updated.
