Vendors are able to edit any store listing

    Hi. I’m using WCMP in conjunction with 27Collectives MyListing theme. When I assign someone the “Store Vendor” role, they can edit any listing on the site.

    If you’re logged in as a store vendor, and you’re on any listings page, the Edit icon appears on the cover image and they are able to edit any listing on the site as they please.

    I don’t want “Store Vendors” to have the capabilities of editing other people’s listings.

    Any suggestions?

    I had exactly the same issue yesterday, I was supper worried but I installed the plug in called “PublishPress Capabilities” and modified the “Vendor store” capatilities of “modify other listings” and it got fix, if WCFM team has other better solution I would like to know it or if they know which are the best capabilities settings for vendor stores to limit their editing capabilities I would like to know also

    @pierreloops check constantly the settings because I don’t why, at least in my case, I make changes in site and discover later that the Editing capabilities for the store vendors go back to “Edit Others”
