Vendors are able to edit any store listing

    Hi. I’m using WCMP in conjunction with 27Collectives MyListing theme. When I assign someone the “Store Vendor” role, they can edit any listing on the site.

    If you’re logged in as a store vendor, and you’re on any listings page, the Edit icon appears on the cover image and they are able to edit any listing on the site as they please.

    I don’t want “Store Vendors” to have the capabilities of editing other people’s listings.

    Any suggestions?

    – Which multi vendor plugin? WCMp, do you mean WC Marketplace? Or WCFM Marketplace?

    I found a fix by installing the “PublishPress Capabilities” plugin.
