    Hello,

    I’m having an issue with my vendors trying to send withdraw requests. Their dashboard displays the correct amount earned from their sales, however the withdraw tab is displaying that they have a negative amount of money and are unable to send a withdraw request.

    It was working correctly while I was putting through test purchases last month, then real purchases have come through and it’s not working. We did test purchases (for this particular vendor), then made a withdrawal request and the withdrawal amount went back to $0. Then real orders came through and the withdrawal amount changed to $-56.

    Thanks!

  • Hi @barnwoodstar,
    If you are using PRO version you should go to admin screen :

    Dokan -> Tools -> Click Re-build.

    This will re-generate the Order data and if the Order’s are not deleted from WooCommerce Orders menu then it should be able to make things fine again.

    Let us know if it worked for you. Otherwise we need to take a look over our support.

    Thanks

    Hi Rafsun,

    Thanks for the response! I am not using the pro version, so I don’t have that option.

    I ended up deleting the last approved withdraw request in the dokan admin dash from that particular vendor, and their current balance changed from -$56 to almost the correct amount, but still out by a few cents for some reason?

    It seems to be working fine now though after a withdraw request was made and approved and the balance went back to $0. Hopefully as more orders roll in we don’t have the issue again.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

    Glad to know that it’s working properly now. It should continue to work properly unless you delete any order from WooCommerce or Remove any product that was ordered by customers.

    Let us know if you need further help.

    Thanks
