Also, without seeing your WooCommerce System Status, I am kind of shooting in the dark. It can help me see at least some general information. If you would be comfortable sharing (pasting) that here, that would be helpful: wp admin > woocommerce > status > get system report (button) > copy for support.

Have you had any other multi-vendor plugin installed prior to installing WC Vendors Marketplace? If so, sometimes the other “vendor” role or pages can interfere with our plugin’s functions and pages.

The other vendor-related plugins I have activated are the following:
1. WooCommerce Frontend Manager
2. WC4BP -> WooCommerce BuddyPress Integration (Premium)
3. WooCommerce Services

I deactivated one by one to check if the problem gets fixed but the problem is still there. I activated all of the 3 plugins again since there is no improvement on deactivating one by one of them.

UPDATE:

I also tried switching my theme from Eonet to Storefront and yes the Vendor Shop Page now displays the correct product list. So I switch back to my Eonet theme and the problem of “Nothing found here…” is back. Does this means that it is a them problem on Eonet? May I ask what to do for it to be solved please.

May I know how to download WooCommerce versions 3.1.x and 3.0.x? I think I need to downgrade for my problem to be fixed since the Eonet theme is compatible with WooCommerce versions 3.1.x and 3.0.x.

Hello,

I would recommend using a theme that keeps you updated. I would not recommend downgrading your WooCommerce, however you can do this from the WooCommerce page, under advanced view, you can select old versions.

I do not recommend this. I repeat, I do not recommend downgrading your WooCommerce to suit your theme. Please choose a new theme that supports updated code.
